Access control leader Balosh has beaten off competition from three others bidders to win an access control tender at Victoria Garden City.
The first phase of the contract is to heighten security by regulating access into and out of the community. This involves the installation of full height turnstiles, traffic boom barriers with tire killers as well as medium range card readers.
Tobi Hamilton, Executive Director said: “Apart from increased security, the introduction of this access control system will greatly improve estate dues collections. Residents in good standing will pass through the gates seamlessly, while debtors will be denied free passage.
She added: “VGC is an important customer with around 2,000 homes and we are delighted to have won this competitive tender. Our hope is that this new collaboration will enhance the excellent work already being carried out by the VGC management office.
