BALOSH has transformed the entrance to Osborne Foreshore.
Osborne Foreshore is a multi‐tenanted estate with about 250 private homes and a number of small businesses.
Being an affluent area, it was necessary to create an efficient and secure system to eliminate unauthorised access.
Balosh was appointed to replace the old access control equipment. 3 boom barriers with recessed spikes and 2 LED barriers were installed with complete hands-free readers, traffic lights and a new robust access control system.
“There was a lot of pressure to get it right first time because the estate had an existing system in place and so there was something to compare with. We however rose to the challenge and the system has worked flawlessly since installation. The client couldn’t be happier.” said Serah Ogundele of Balosh.
